Submit your performance as one file which must line up with the timing from the click track you choose. Recordings must be in 48kHz, 24-bit. There is one bar of lead-in and then the bass guitar starts its intro riff. This recording session was unique in that I tracked the guitars completely silently. I used the raw output from the Triaxis preamp (with zero dynamic voice setting) and simulated the poweramp/speaker/mic combo with my own cabinet impulse response files ( found here: bittwiddlers.org ). I tracked the guitars with a pair of headphones (Shure SE110) and also used them for mixing. Sorry, but I only used my Sequis Motherlode Elemental power soak / speaker simulator device for monitoring purposes; it did not contribute to the final recorded tone in any way. I would say this process resulted in some excellent tone! Most of the magic is in the post-processing with equalizers, compressors, etc. There are way too many variables involved to communicate in words how to reproduce this tone.
